RATES AND TERMS SOUTH LAKE PEI 2009
THE BOATHOUSE CABIN:
JULY & AUGUST: $500 weekly - $1600 monthly.
JUNE and SEPTEMBER: Deduct 20% off the above July/August rates.
THE VP EAST COTTAGE:
JULY & AUGUST: $600 weekly - $2000 monthly
JUNE and SEPTEMBER: Deduct 20% off the above July/August rates.
TERMS:
RENTAL PERIOD - The minimum rental period is 7 nights. Check-in time is normally anytime after 2 PM and check-out is anytime
before 10 AM.
PETS - Well mannered pets might be allowed subject to prior approval and a refundable $100 damage deposit added to and
payable with reservation deposit.
RESERVATION DEPOSIT - A 30% deposit secures a reservation and the balance is due UPON ARRIVAL in CASH ONLY (Please note
that payment of the balance in any other form, including Travelers Checks, Bank Checks, Personal Checks, etc. will not be
accepted!) If a reservation is cancelled, the deposit will not be refundable unless the reserved time becomes rented.
The Reservation Deposit can be a mailed check sent to/payable to B.G.Lowther, 749 Apple Hill Road, Calais, VT 05648 USA.
Reservation payments mailed between May and October can be sent to either our VT address above or to B.G. Lowther, 3996 East
Point Road, South Lake, PEI, C0A 1K0 CANADA.
The Reservation Deposit can also be made by credit/debit card via PayPal. You can email it direct from your PayPal account
to bgl@solarcottagerentals.com or, if you do not have a PayPal account, we can email an invoice to you and you can pay by
card without opening a Paypal account.
Also, Canadians can pay online via Hyperwallet, a payment service connected to banks and credit unions throughout Canada.
TO MAKE A RESERVATION: Contact Bruce or Sarah anytime by email (bgl@solarcottagerentals.com) or by phone during May through
October (902-357-2305). A deposit is required to secure a reservation, but if you definitely decide on an available time period,
it will be held open for you while your "check is in the mail" or while your card payment is being processed.
